Seasonal & property cleanups
Spring yard cleanup
10 towns covered
The whole yard cleared of winter blow-down and matted leaf litter, beds cut back, before the first mow of the year.
This comes up often enough around here that most local contractors have a settled way of handling it.
Signs that bring this up
- Beds matted flat under what never got cleared in the fall
- A winter's worth of blow-down across the lawn before the first mow
- Sand and salt-spray debris along the road side of the property
- Grass coming through in patches where the leaf layer sat all winter
The way this is usually done
The yard is cleared of everything the winter put down before anything else can start - blow-down, matted leaf litter, the beds that were buried when the fall ran out. Beds are cut back and edged, and what comes off is bagged or hauled. Booked in March and April, ahead of the first mow rather than after it.
$250 – $900 — typical range, not a quote. What your home needs can only be settled by a registered contractor who comes out and looks at it.

Where we cover this work
Listed by the ground type, because that's what decides whether this applies.
Inland and wooded
Mainland streets where a yard fills from its own trees and the neighbours' as well.
Bayfront and borough
Waterside lots where access decides the price more than volume does.
