The usual approach

Cut down, cleared and carted - usually in that order and usually over more than one visit. Growth is knocked down first, then the ground underneath is cleared of what has been sitting in it, then beds, paths and fence lines are found again. Everything is loaded and hauled; on a lot this far gone there is far more than any township collection would take.
