Beach Haven West is named in Stafford's Zone 1 alongside Village Harbor, Colony Lakes, Cedar Bonnet Island, Mallard Island and Bayside — the first Monday of the month, out the Sunday evening before. Leaves go loose in a row at the curb line and must stay on the property side of it, which on a lagoon lot with a narrow verge is less room than it sounds.
