The usual approach

Loaded and taken away, whether a crew cleared it or you did. Leaves, bags, brush, cuttings and whatever else the collection would not take goes on the truck in one visit and to the county facility on Haywood Road, which is where it is composted rather than landfilled. Charged on volume, which is why an oak-heavy lot costs more to haul than it does to clear.
